Splash Park Funness

Ok, so "funness" isn't a word, but that's the best way I know how to explain our venture to the Germantown Splash Park today. It was our first time there, and much thanks to the Wilcox's who shared their tickets with us.

Jack took a few minutes to get acclimated, and then he was all the way in.

Matthew got used to it pretty quickly as well after some reassuring from Mommy.

And Emma just squeeled her way through the day.

She also found some time to do some stretches.
Jack and the "whale from Nemo." (Anything related back to Nemo makes it fun and safe for him these days.)
Close up.
And back to stretches.
Jack was more "water brave" then I had seen him before. At one point he took Matthew by the hand and led him to the tallest water shoots and then ran away from him leaving Matthew confused and scared. Surely unintentional, but funny in a weird way.

"What is she doing?"
"Oh well, I'll join her."
"That wasn't so bad."
"See Meg, you gotta get your face real close to the water in order for it to shoot up your nose. I'll show you."

And then they were very ready for their naps. That's one of the best part about the Park. :)

What funness!
